If you need a quick breakfast or snack, try making a smoothie. Smoothies are a healthy, fast option to help keep you full and energized. There are so many different flavors to try and it is super easy! Here is what you will need:

  • Blender
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • 1 cup liquid (I like to use milk, but you can use non-dairy milk, coconut water, iced coffee or tea, or juice) 


Look on Pinterest and Google to find new flavors to try. There are so many different ingredients you can put into your smoothie, to try different things, like: 

  • Banana 
  • Peanut butter
  • Seeds
  • Oats
  • Honey
  • Yogurt
  • Protein Powder
  • Vegetables
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Turmeric 

Start by putting all of your ingredients into the blender. Next, following the instructions for your blender, blend the ingredients together. You should blend until everything is liquid and combined. Then, enjoy! It really is that easy!
