“I never really thought I would be living in a pandemic. It was something I remember reading at school in our history books. I did not think I would be experiencing a pandemic in my lifetime. COVID had changed my outlook in life. I deeply appreciate everything, even the small stuff!”

“I do not enjoy teaching both virtually and seated at the same time. I feel like my students are at a disadvantage with me trying to juggle between the two. I am missing the student teacher relationships that I developed in the past teaching years. (Maybe because I am talking to a dark zoom screen versus face-to-face communication.) I feel like I am trying so hard to help virtual and seated students. I am overwhelmed. I am just trying to stay afloat and at the end of the day I am exhausted.”
