Cardinals gain Arenado after years of ‘dreaming’
Third base prospect Nolan Arenado signed to continue his career as a third baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Nolan Arenado, third basemen for the Cleveland Rockies, signed a contract extending to 2027. This contract included $167 million over the seven years and a chance to opt-out after the 2021 season or 2022 season.
“I plan on staying for a long time,” Arenado said to MLB.com.
