A competitive gymnast, Caylei trains for acrobatics every day besides Sunday. She trains from 6-8 every morning and 4:30 to 8:30 every night. Caylei chose a different type of school for her first classes of the day.

“It can be a struggle to keep up with all the work because I don’t have time to do homework,” Caldwell said.

She tries to separate the work of the morning throughout the entire day, excluding the 6 hours a day she is training. The rest of the day she is either sleeping, eating, or schooling. Despite the difficulty to maintain a balanced schedule, she continues to improve every day.
